Just for Fun!

It's mornings like this one that make me feel so blessed to be doing what I love. Let me tell you what I mean...I've been shooting so much lately that I've got a mile high pile of editing waiting for me. I'm also working on a couple of new projects for new "divisions" of the business (They're going to be great!) and I'm spending the rest of my time just trying to keep my scatter brained head together. I know, most people wouldn't consider all these things to be good, but I see them as part of my journey. It may be a lot of work at times, but then I just have to sit here and realize that busy is good because busy means that I've done something right! So, that's exactly what I'm doing here on this Tuesday morning as I put together this blog post and prioritize the rest of my day. I am taking a moment to appreciate all that I have...and trying not to overwhelmed with all that I have to do! :)

Because of all this I almost decided to opt out of a shoot yesterday with my lovely friends and photographers Rachel J, Stephanie Emmerzael, and Blake Loates. Boy, am I glad I didn't. It was a wonderful shoot! We got together yesterday morning with our models Kyra, Amelia and Liz (sorry...didn't get to shoot with Liz) and ran around an industrial area trying some new things. It's always great shooting just for fun with other photographers, it gives you an opportunity to relax and feed off of the group energy and most of all...have fun! Which is what we did.
