Kara & Ryan - Baby Bump

Good morning everyone! It's a bright and sunny 8 degrees here in Edmonton this morning and there's a chance we may see a thunderstorm this afternoon! You have no idea how much that excites me! Thunderstorms are one of those things that make me sit back and wonder at the magnificence of creation...one of the other things is featured in the pictures below!

Meet Ryan & Kara! They were a part of the wedding party for Ryan & Amanda Gaudet last summer and Kara also volunteers at the same organization as I do. We both contribute time to a wonderful organization called the Back Porch. If you have a chance take a look at the site, as well as the fundraiser I am planning for them.

I spent a little bit of time on Saturday with Ryan & Kara to capture some maternity photos. They are actually expecting their third child, but had never had never had the opportunity for maternity photos before, so I was very honored that they chose to have me create these images for them! There was lots of love happening here! And, although you see snow in these photos, we were blessed with a nice spring day!
